Sarah works from home at 74 Rosemead Road, Hornsby, NSW 2077 in her fully equipped and self-contained Physiotherapy room. She has a young family and currently works part-time around the children’s school and childcare times.

- Saturdays from 8.00am to 2.00pm
- Appointments outside of these times can often be accommodated to suit your schedule, but need to be arranged in advance.

Initial Consultation - $90
45-60 minutes including thorough physical musculoskeletal assessment, treatment, personalised exercise prescription, education, advice and programme outline.Follow-up Consultation - $80
30 minutes of ongoing personalised treatment. Longer if necessary.Home visits (within the local area) can be arranged on request at an additional cost.

Physiotherapists require access to the problem area, so please come dressed appropriately for your session. Comfortable clothes that may easily be removed are recommended. When undertaking a biomechanical/running assessment Sarah will need to look at your running/sports shoes to allow comprehensive assessment.
Referrals
You do not need a referral to see Sarah at Marsh Physio, however if your injury is related to work or an insurance claim you will need the appropriate paperwork from your GP/Insurer and your claim number.
Payment
Marsh Physio accepts cash or an EFT for payment. A receipt will be issued for you to claim a rebate from your health fund for your treatment.
Medicare
Medicare may cover patients with complex and chronic conditions for up to 5 physiotherapy sessions per year. Patients must be referred by their GP and require a CDM plan (previously called an EPC). Your Medicare part of the physiotherapy payment can be bulk billed, however there is a gap for the client to pay, currently $30 per session.
